Bio

Shelley Diamond began Smart Girl Realty™ after being inspired again and again by single women who came to her with an interest in owning their own homes. Every woman Shelley encountered had an underlying goal of creating a strong financial base through homeownership. Smart Girl Realty was created to provide these women with specialized resources in the form of education, guidance, planning, encouragement and contacts.

A Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Bain in Seattle, Washington, Shelley has been helping people buy and sell homes since 2004. A Seattle native, Shelley works in the heart of Seattle and enjoys the fact that her office is just blocks from where she spent her youth.

An adventure lover, Shelley has roamed out of Seattle, graduating from the University of Nebraska with a bachelor degree in Journalism and minors in History, Sociology and English. After college Shelley traveled through Europe before briefly attending the University of Washington to receive a Certificate of Public Relations. Prior to becoming a realtor, Shelley spent ten successful years working in Marketing and Public Relations for agency, corporate and hi-tech start-up companies in the Northwest.

Shelley’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in her pursuits of real estate and Feng Shui. In addition to creating Smart Girl Realty™, Shelley is also a certified Feng Shui consultant and once hosted her own radio show focused on the basics of Feng Shui. She continues to utilize her Feng Shui skills effectively in her real estate work.

Shelley believes in a strong balance in her work life and spends her time walking in nature, enjoying Seattle's many waterfronts, practicing yoga, enjoying friends and spending time with her husband and pets. She loves getting away from it all and traveling to sunny waterfront spots and foreign countries.
